Our History

Tucked away on back roads, Greene Countrie Village is Newtown Square’s best kept secret.

Originally planned as apartments, the land was developed for Condominiums in 1976. GCV is one of the first condo communities in the greater Philadelphia area to implement California garden style architecture.

The land was once part of the George H. Earle's estate known as Broad Acres. He was Pennsylvania’s Governor from 1935 to 1939.
